When should I do it?

The best time to dry brush is just before a shower/going in the pool/beach/under the sprinkler/waterfall…anything with water really. Then you can wash off any dead skin cells and flaky skin.

Be sure to apply lotion afterward to put moisture back into your skin. However, if you’re using it for the lymphatic benefits rather than unclogging pores, ANYTIME is a good time! 🕰️👍

How to: Start from your feet or ankles and work your way upward in long, fluid strokes. This process can be sensitive on your abdomen, breasts and neck, so lighten up pressure there if you're a hard and fast kind of cat.

A few overlapping swipes per area is enough but don’t let us stop you, go for gold if you feel inclined, but be warned if you go over one area too long, you can actually break the integrity of the skin and cause irritation or bleeding (yikes)
